There is a special single/double room rate of $129.00 (plus tax and resort fee) offered to our class reunion.  Call  800- EMBASSY to reserve your place in our room block.  If you would like discounted rates in addition to the weekend block, please call the hotel directly at (520) 352-4000 and they will accommodate.  Discounted rates are offered until September 7, 2018.

Embassy has a shuttle service for those staying at the hotel.  It only runs until runs until 10:00 p.m. but it might be a great way to get to the party.  Uber, taxi, and other services are available if you choose to stay late.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Reunion costs include alumni location expenses, website credit card processing, printing and postage for mailings, Friday location and appetizers, Saturday location and dinner, Saturday DJ, supplies, decorations. Funds will also be provided to the committee to maintain class domain name for 10 years.

 

 

Registration is easy! 

• Prices are per person            
• Mail your check or cashiers check made payable to the address below.
• Register on-line here with a  credit card.
• Tickets will not be mailed. Your names will appear on a guest list at the registration table of each event.
• Walk-ins and late registrations are accepted; however, space is limited. Cash only for walk-ins (Sorry, no checks.)   No discounts for late admissions.
• No refunds but tickets are transferable.
