I left PV in 1967 and joined the Army at 17. Went to Vietnam in 1968 where I was an Armor crewman, serving with Co. B,lst BN, 69th Armored Regt, 4th Infantry Division. After the army, I met a smart Tennesse country girl. We have been married 45 years. We have two grandchildren.
I am a Civil War buff and love to restore old tools and collect militaria.

School Story:

I guess my claim to fame is that I was the guy who hit Mr. Kemmery(SP?) better known then as "Uncle Bill", with a snowball during one of our rare snows. Unfortunately, he saw me do it so I spent the remainder of the day in detention. It was my only time in detention.

Really sorry I am not going to see Frank. He was a good un. Life is nothing like we expected when we were in high school. simpler time....school, sports, weekends, pranks. I will lift a glass to franks memory....i know other classmates will too. posted by moose kramers bro in law. rest in peace guys.

My RV parked on a lovely waterfront location in Paradise. Four of us slept under those ponchos, huddled together.Suring the monsoon season, there was no respite from the rain, the muck and the mire.

Harvey, do you remember that up the street from my house was a family name Rowe. The Children were Allene, Clint and Scott Rowe. To refresh your memory, Allene was murdered by Charles Schmidt, the infamous "Pied Piper of Tucson".

Clint atttended PVHS and worked at the AZ-Sonora Desert Museum part time. He later went on to be an animal trainer, most notably he trained the dogs used in "Turner and Hooch", "Men in Black"," Down and Out in Beverly Hills" with Nick Nolte among others. His brother Scott also works with animals. I lost track of Clint and have not found his name on the PVHS of classmates at at any year. I was wondering if perhaps you might have any information on him or his whereabouts?? Thank you

Recuperating from injuries at the 6th Convalescent Hospital in Cam Ranh Bay, Vietnam. This was about the only time i ever slept in a bed or had a hot meal. I could even take a shower now and then. Miserable, hot and steamy place.
